Sven Janiszewski joined ZIMMERMANN KALINER in spring 2017. He was born in Berlin.
After graduating from the Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Berlin, Sven studied law at the Universities of Greifswald and Cádiz, Spain. During his studies he worked, among other things, at the Chair of European Law of Prof. Classen.
He successfully represented the university at the United Nations National Model in New York City, at the German-Czech Law Festival in Passau and Prague, and as an intern at the German Parliament (Bundestag) and the German Embassy in Ljubljana.
He completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin and Bangkok, Thailand. He expanded his knowledge in a Berlin law firm in the field of copyright and media law as well as corporate law.
Since early 2017 Sven complements the law firm ZIMMERMANN KALINER and primarily takes over the areas of tenancy and residential property law and real estate (commercial) law. He concentrates on advising small and medium-sized companies and individuals. In ZIMMERMANN KALINER Sven found the ideal firm to offer a tailor-made consulting profile for start-ups, SMEs and individuals.
Sven expands his consulting spectrum as (external) data protection officer.
Due to his many years of experience abroad, he is fluent in English, Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Danish.
Sven is also a member of the German-Nordic Lawyers Association.
